悪 means "evil, bad, wrong, vice, wickedness."
Bad - Unfavorable, wrong, or unpleasant.
Ugly - Unattractive or unpleasant in appearance.
Shoddy - Poorly made or done.
Questioning - Expressing doubt or asking a question.
